Privacy Manifesto

Your data is yours. Period.

Effective Date: December 29, 2025

Local-First Commitment

Unlike 99% of productivity apps, we do not store your personal inputs on our servers. Your browser's memory is the only place your data lives.

1. Data Collection Paradox

We do not collect what we do not need. Because Calendar Plan operates as a client-side application, your to-do lists, calendar events, habits, and notes are processed and stored locally in your browser (LocalStorage / IndexedDB). We have no access to this information.

2. Third-Party Intelligence

We utilize Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to serve the libraries that power our site (Tailwind CSS, jQuery, FullCalendar). These providers may log your IP address and browser headers for security and performance purposes. We do not share any user-inputted data with these or any other third parties.

3. Cookies and Tracking

Calendar Plan does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We value a clean, distraction-free environment where your intellectual movements are not monitored for commercial gain.

4. Your Sovereignty

Because your data is stored on your device, you have absolute sovereignty over it. You can clear your data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or cache. We recommend regular backups of your critical notes through manual copying, as we do not provide cloud-sync recovery.

5. Contact for Privacy

If you have inquiries regarding our technical architecture or privacy standards, contact us at **grualccuy@gmail.com**.
